UnityBPO was founded in 2017 with a mission to offer the best-in-class Healthcare IT (HIT) services, acting as a co-sourced partner for patient, member, and clinician support across the country in the Acute, Post-Acute, and Health Insurance markets. We are committed to quality and unparalleled client services in all aspects of our business. Unity's Story

The Harris Family Foundation:

Unity’s founder, board member, and Chief Strategist Keith Harris started the Harris Family Foundation in 2023. The foundation exists to bring light into darkness, preserve dignity, and elevate lives. The foundation is a new kind of organization—a purpose-driven hybrid model combining deep humanitarian mission with entrepreneurial innovation. Unity is aligned with this non-profit organization in a relationship to support families of children with special needs and to deliver trauma healing programs for veterans, firefighters, and law enforcement officers.
